For Sale: It is a 1964 framed, 1967 motored 650 Triumph dirt tracker. The motor was built by Mike Haney with Ceriani front forks and Progressive shocks. Can be setup for dirt track (brake or brakeless), TT and rough scrambles. Comes with 19,18 and 21” wheels. Plus a few extra parts.

WANTED: MY B50SS MOTOR (S/N B50SS EE11419)
A friend of mine is searching for his lost B50SS motor, here is what happened. My friend bought a B50SS about a year ago from a guy named Mark “Monk” Wilson. My friend bought a complete BSA B50SS that Monk was going to help him restore. The motor needed top end work so Monk removed the motor and took it to someone he knew who is a BSA mechanic. The motor was in the process of being repaired when Monk unexpectedly died of a heart attack. Monk was the only person who knew who the mechanic was and where the mechanic was located. The mechanic is located in Southern California and possibly in the Inland Empire area.
As we all know, the British Bike community is pretty close knit here in Southern California, it seem like everyone knows everyone or knows someone who does.
If you are the mechanic who worked on this motor or know who that mechanic is, please let us know. If there is money owed for work done, parts, storage fee’s, etc., my friend will gladly pay them as well as a finders fee.

He would just like to get his numbers-matching motor back so he can finish the bike and go on some club rides.

For Sale: BSA B40 – I am selling another of my Chuck Minert bikes. Chuck was a factory BSA racer for many years. Many items were repainted when I rebuilt the motor back in 2007 or so. When inside the motor, I confirmed what Chuck had told me; it has a competition conrod assembly and 8.75:1 piston. As with everything he owned, he rode it in the dirt and as such you can see the front fender has a busted and broken stay. He told me that the day he laid it down he also put a rock through the side case, as you can see from his weld. He also put a small, round ding in the tank top from the ball tipped front brake lever. Clean California title on non-op status with no back fees.
